Hi, I’m Dr Casey Whife.
Welcome to a new era of personalised healthcare.
Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, I graduated with Honours in Medicine from the University of Western Australia in 2012. I completed specialty training with the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians, emerging as the top candidate in his cohort and earning the prestigious College Medal in 2021. I also hold a Master of Philosophy from UWA, with an ongoing research interest in how musculoskeletal injury affects central nervous system plasticity. Currently, I serve as the Head of Health for an AFL team and have worked as the Team Doctor for several elite sporting organisations.
My mission is to narrow the gap between your lifespan and healthspan, ideally extending both. With a proactive approach combining validated tests, comprehensive monitoring, risk factor management, and targeted exercise prescriptions, I am dedicated to helping you become the healthiest, most active version of yourself.
A unique perspective
I blend elite sports' injury prevention with proactive healthcare, contrasting the reactive conventional approach that waits for symptoms before treating disease.
No Shortcuts
This journey requires commitment—no shortcuts or miracle cures. With the right guidance, you'll invest your effort where it matters most for maximum results.
I’m ready when you are.
